VITAMINS, MINERALS NUTRIENTS & YOU

o.k. lets start with the basics!


Do you know what you need in the way of minerals to “run” your body daily?

If you workout, if you are sedentary, if you have a condition you are working on you need the right amount of vitamins and minerals. If you do not have these in adequate amounts you will start to feel deficient, weak, agitated irritated etc. and the craving monster will come on strong!

So many people do not know what nutrients they need to either attain wellbeing or balance their bodies to maintain wellbeing.

So much has been taken out of our food supply that people are being fooled into thinking that the little nutrients that are gained from the small amount of “healthy” foods they eat is enough. Even taking multivitamins is suspect. Are the vitamins pure, who makes them, are they made with fillers, are they easily digested and bio available?.

I believe in using pure food to nourish, build and rebuild the body with a small addition of the right kind of supplements. People are taking supplements once a day thinking this will be enough for the whole day, we use and burn those nutrients up quickly and need replenishing through the day using food source vitamins and minerals that are readily and easily absorbed and available.
